El Palmeral De Madaría has 12 apartments:

- 10 of them are suitable for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). They have a 46-square metre surface with an open plan kitchen. They are fully furnished and equipped with all the appliances; dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, and fridge. They have one bedroom with a king size bed and a sofa-bed in the living room, a bathroom and a balcony with a view to the garden or the swimming pool.

- The other 2 apartments are suitable for 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). They are also fully furnished and equipped with all the appliances. They have one bedroom with a king size bed, another bedroom with twin beds, a sofa-bed in the living room, a bathroom, and a balcony with a view to the garden or the swimming pool.

Outdoor and Indoor facilities

- The building is surrounded by a unique tropical palm tree garden. There are more than 60 palm tree species from all over the world.

On the top floor, you can relax and enjoy the lounge and terrace with amazing views to the palm tree garden. You even can enjoy sunbathing in the solarium on the terrace roof. You also can do some fitness in the gym.

- There is also a circular, 10-metre swimming pool with adjacent children`s pool and hydro massage pool.
